$500 Rates Contribution Draw |

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Steph Monopoli and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Summit Real Estate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, you must subscribe to Steph Monopoli’s monthly property newsletter (Your Property Edge) via her website wwwstephmonopoli.com. Entry is free and there is one entry per person.

3. Draws

There will be three separate draws, with one winner selected at random on:

- 30 September 2026

- 30 October 2026

- 30 November 2026

Each monthly winner will receive $500 towards their rates.

4. Eligibility

Each person may enter the promotion once by subscribing to Steph Monopoli’s newsletter. Entrants must provide valid contact details and remain subscribed at the time of the relevant draw.

5. Winner Contact

Under supervision, winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the relevant month. Steph Monopoli will contact the winner by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry and announce the winner's name on Steph Monopoli's Facebook and Instagram pages.

6. Prize Payment

Each monthly winner will receive $500 towards their rates. To arrange the prize, the winner must provide Steph Monopoli with their current rates information or rates notice and any other details reasonably required to facilitate payment.

Where possible, Steph will make the $500 payment directly towards the winner’s rates with the relevant council or rates authority. The winner is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date rates information and for any remaining balance owing.

The prize is limited to $500 per winner, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Unclaimed Prize

If a winner cannot be contacted within one week of each draw, Steph Monopoli reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Newsletter Subscription

By entering, you agree to receive Steph Monopoli’s monthly property newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, subject to the eligibility requirements above.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided for entry will be used to administer the promotion and for the purpose of sending Steph Monopoli’s newsletter. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

10. Changes to the Promotion

Steph Monopoli reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond her reasonable control make this necessary.
