Steph Monopoli recognised at Summit Real Estate Annual Awards 2026

I was recently recognised at the Summit Real Estate Annual Awards for my performance during my first year in real estate, including being named Top Rookie of the Year 2026 and being part of the Richmond team, which was awarded Top Office for Sales 2026.

The awards bring together agents from across the Summit network to acknowledge achievements across sales, client service, and contribution to the wider team. It was an honour to be included among so many experienced agents, and to be part of a team that achieved such strong collective results.

For me, this past year has been about learning the craft properly and staying focused on the fundamentals that matter most to my clients, clear communication, strong marketing, and being present and accountable through every step of the process. Real estate moves quickly, but people don’t make decisions that way, so I’ve aimed to keep things steady, transparent, and well considered.

Being recognised in this way is something I genuinely appreciate, particularly so early in my career. It reflects the support of my clients, the trust they’ve placed in me, and the guidance and backing of the Summit team and the Richmond office around me.

As I move into the year ahead, my focus remains the same, delivering thoughtful strategy, strong negotiation, and a straightforward approach for anyone looking to buy or sell across Nelson Tasman. There’s still a lot I want to refine and improve, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the foundations of this first year.
